N.E.W. Curative Rehabilitation Opens Incubator Kitchen

April 12, 2011 - Green Bay Press-Gazette - A kitchen incubator could help produce more food-related businesses and jobs in Northeastern Wisconsin.

John Bloor, president of N.E.W. Curative Rehabilitation, 2900 Curry Lane, said the facility's kitchen has been vacant since 2002. N.E.W. Curative Rehabilitation is a nonprofit agency that promotes independence for individuals and families, with a focus on people with disabilities and seniors.

"We thought about how we could use this for the community," Bloor said. "We will also hopefully be able to develop some employment and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities and low-income seniors." Read more.
