A Professional Affiliate Member shall be an individual interested in the goals and objectives of the Corporation or who is in some way involved or interested in the delivery of employment, residential, independent living, and/or other support services to persons with disabilities or who are disadvantaged, and has been determined by the Board as not eligible for Corporate or Associate Membership.  An Affiliate Member shall not be entitled to vote at meetings of the Members.  Professional affiliate members may serve on the Corporation committees and workgroups. The membership services to which Professional Affiliate Members are entitled shall be limited to those determined by the Board and may be restricted according to 501(c).
