Rehabilitation for Wisconsin in Action members choose Benefits Design Group's Flexible Compensation Plan to allow your employees to deduct childcare expenses, medical premiums and many other medical, dental and vision expenses BEFORE federal, state and FICA taxes are taken out of their paychecks.
