New Hope Center is accepting resumes for a Director of Services. NHC is a nonprofit that provides services to individuals experiencing developmental and physical disabilities in the greater Calumet County Area. The Director of Services provides oversite of NHC’s Adult Day Services, Prevocational, Supported Employment and Residential programs. Responsibilities include: quality assurance, negotiating contracts, coordinating new admissions or discharges, developing budgets, creating new programs or services, hiring, training, and managing of departmental leaders. Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to the following: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Education or other related fields. No less than 5 years’ experience in senior level management and 10 years working in the field. The Director of Services reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
